1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

     

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product

     

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

     

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

     

  • Opened or used items

     

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

     

  • Minor packaging wear (e.g., box damage during shipping)

     

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

     

  2. Send clear photos or videos showing the issue.

     

  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you with approval and further instructions.

     

4. Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • You will send the product back to our provided return address.

     

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

     

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process:

     

    • An exchange with the correct/replacement item, OR

       

    • A refund if the item is out of stock

       

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective, and a replacement is not available

     

  • You returned the item in original condition and within the allowed timeframe

     

Refunds will be made via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash, as per your preference.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is on our side (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

     

  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
